From Tasting Room to Trade
A rebrand of Barrel Oak Winery's printed materials after its acquisition, built to elevate the brand and open the door to wholesale and trade.

After Barrel Oak Winery was acquired, the new team set out to rebrand and grow beyond the tasting room into wholesale and trade. That called for materials that looked as good as the wine and worked as hard in a buyer's hands as they did at an event. I designed the full set, from the trade brochure and tech sheets to member cards, event pieces and swag.
The challenge
Growing beyond the tasting room
Under new ownership, Barrel Oak set out to reach buyers who might never visit the winery: distributors, retailers and restaurants. For many of them, the first impression would be a printed piece, not a pour. Every piece had to carry the new brand on its own.
Trade materials
Built for the buyer's desk
The 2026 Estate Catalog and tech sheets were the center of the work. The catalog introduces the winery, the estate and its wines to the trade.

Each wine gets its own page with tasting notes, pairings, awards and the technical details buyers look for, plus a QR code to the full tech sheet.

Events
The brand in the room
At the winery and the brewery, the Wine Club trifold and the Mug Club card put the new look in guests' hands while they taste, and turn a good visit into a membership.

Members
A club that feels like the brand
Member cards and postcards bring the same look to the wine club.

Label
A bottle with something to say
For Mother's Day gifting, I designed a special label for 2022 Sunday Bloom, a white table wine, pairing a bright floral illustration with a single line: She Deserves This.

Swag
A brand people wear
Stickers, swag and T-shirts take the brand home with every guest.
